Breathwork is a sacred practice where we tune into the rhythm of breath in our bodies and seek to understand the unconscious habits we have in place with our breathing.
Classes + Pricing
Hour-long sessions: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Private $50
Duet $30 (per person)
Trio up to five people $25 (per person)
Studio space is currently at my home until the new studio construction is finished in the fall of ‘24.
*Appointments are by referral only. Clients must book a minimum of 3 sessions to begin.
**Clients will be charged for late cancellations less than 24 hours ahead.
What to Bring + What to Expect
Bring a water bottle.
Come in comfortable clothes for sitting, stretching, and gentle movements.
First session: Half the time is spent teaching the science of breathwork and the role breath plays in health, fitness, and emotions. In the second half, I teach body mechanics and proper breathing techniques-we begin with simple breathing techniques to reorder the breath.
Following sessions: We will continue to emphasize proper breathing mechanics and work towards using the breath to achieve personal goals (calming anxiety, improving fitness, improving sleep, pursuing meditation, etc.).
Book Your Sessions
A minimum of three sessions is required because I believe it takes three sessions to truly understand the rhythm and power of breath and the access we have to utilize it to change our lives. Some clients come weekly for months and months, and others come about five times and move on to form their own practice and habits with the knowledge they have attained. I work individually with each client to create the schedule that is best for them. *Appointments are by referral only.
